- Ensure Express sellers operational performance is achieving targets (including lead time, on time delivery, cancellations, etc. ) and identifying operational issues and bottlenecks
- Set up performance and quality monitoring
- Segment sellers and implement rules and policies aligned with regional guidelines to incentivize / penalize merchants according to their operational performance
- Define Criteria for Onboarding new sellers and train them on Express
- Coach and help top sellers to ramp-up their fulfilment operations, make recommendations for operational and supply chain process changes
- Capture top sellers feedback on the quality of their experience with Lazada
- Understand the current system (Seller Center) capabilities and limitations and work with stakeholders to define business requirements
- Work in collaboration with the regional and local teams to implement processes and improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Operations, Commercial and Product for all operations related to Marketplace
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree from related fields
- Min. 3 years of experience in order fulfilment / project coordination / ecommerce operations
- Very good analytical skills, result oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Vendors' management experience
- Good understanding of fulfilment operations
- Interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Results driven & customer focused attitude
