Reporting to the Category Director you will be responsible for:
- Defining the category strategy Lazada should adopt for category products in Indonesia, including categories in FMCG, Toys, Groceries, Home & Living, Fashion, Automotive, and Electronics
- Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
- Identifying assortment gaps and provide Sales team with key industry contacts
- Advising Key Account Management team on top tier merchant performance and competitiveness
- Interacting daily with the Regional Category Management team to ensure the right implementation of the high level strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least min. 1-2 years management consulting experience
- Demonstrated senior presence; experience managing others preferred.
- Experience in business and data analytics such as Excel
- Strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
- Superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external)
- Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills
