- Strong educational background in Business / Economics / Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or Retail industry.
- Fluency in English and Local Language.
- Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset
- Proficient in Excel, knowledge in SQL is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks for self and others and follow them through to completion.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Conduct quality checks on search algorithm relevance, as well as new search features.
- Monitor search performance and deep dive onsite customer behavior to identify areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain reports and draw basic conclusions based on analysis and business understanding.
- Manage search related requests of one venture (approval, execution and monitoring).
