- Analyze performance of catalog and identify bottlenecks for customer journey. Drive initiatives to overall improve Lazada’s catalog health
- Design and implement policies related to product listing to enhance the quality of listed products
- Collaborating with Category Experience team, improve the content quality of strategic categories and products to enhance buyer experience
- Regularly monitor, review and report on the progress of projects
- Closely collaborate and share knowledge within the team and peers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, product management, online content management
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
- Understanding of the content landscape and development trend of new media.
- Excellent English & Indonesian speaking-listening-writing skills. Mastering of Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
