- Provide quantitative-based recommendations to help manage performance marketing budget
- Support in monitoring key KPIs to help channels do optimization based on the company’s goals and direction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve marketing operations
- Ad-hoc project and/or channel management as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong drive to make an impact at what you do, highly motivated and proactive
- Sharp critical thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good business acumen with ability to work both individually and in a team
- Good proficiency of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
- Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple and complex projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Fluency in English is required
