Campaign Planner  

The Campaign Planner will create campaign strategies according to campaign calendars, including building appealing campaign mechanics, coordinate with category teams on deals to be collected, securing key placements during the period, and lead on campaign execution. To conduct a post-mortem analysis post campaign too.

• Participate in planning sessions and coordinate all campaigns.
• Create and implement marketing ideas for special promotions.
• Create campaign production schedules, monitor activity and notify stakeholders of relevant fluctuations.
• Coordinate campaign tasks across all departments and ensure all pertinent project information is communicated to team members and continual monitoring for progress.
• Oversee quality control and approval process on all appropriate phases of a project.
• Continually measure, develop and optimize campaign through testing and analysis.
• Maintain databases to ensure pricing and product presentation while remaining true to proper merchandising guidelines.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and reporting technical issues of all systems.
• On-call support will be required for after-hours troubleshooting and other campaign-related emergencies.
• Create, develop and manage content for the website – all landing pages with banners.
• Check all Banner Quality criteria include, but not limited to, navigation, product placement, content, photography, product information, prices etc.
• Ensure information and materials on the website are comprehensive, sufficient, well-organized and up-to-date.
• Other marketing responsibilities as assigned.

• University Graduates with First Class degree in Business, Economics, or related subjects.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Understanding the e-Commerce market and basic Marketing concepts.
• Strong analytical skill, well-structured working style, good time-management, excellent ability to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Project, Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to work both independently and with other teams.
• Proactive and critical thinking, Fast Learner.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge about Google Analytics, HTML, SQL is a plus.
• Have a strong sense of ownership.
