Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Marketing & Business Development Manager is responsible for:
- Conceptualizing and managing the long-term marketing plan,
- Implementing sales plan to ensure continuous business growth and profitability;
- Improving the company’s market position and achieving financial growth;
- Defining long-term organizational strategic goals,
- Building customer relationships,
- Identifying business opportunities,
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses.
- With 5-years and more related work experience in the same capacity especially in a beauty and wellness, spa or salon industry.
- Excellent skills in the following:
- Management & Research
- Business Development
- Marketing and all pertinent functions
