Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Mission: To maximize the total contract value and the total number of paying clients of Lamudi through management of the business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business development team of up to 10 members including allocation of accounts and responsibilities.
- Coach and train the team, being focused on increasing output.
- Teach target setting and monitoring/reporting of results and being accountable for the team's results.
- Assist the team to close large business accounts.
- Maximize acquisition of new brokers.
- Maximize total sales value per client.
- Design and execute overall business development strategy.
- Develop tools, processes, and guidelines needed for the sales team (e.g. pitch decks).
- Administer all sales activities and results in Salesforce and trackers.
- Monitor and analyze performance and reporting of results to VP Commercial.
