Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain daily payable accounts of payments to partners, vendors and internal parties
- Calculate remuneration for sales teams and partners
- Be a mediator for internal teams as well as external partners/clients
- Maintain payable administration and ledger
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data in internal account payable systems
- Create and send settlement reports to partners
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You have at least a Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years work experience in finance, accounting, administration or related field
- Strong mathematical sense
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills, mature, and patient in handling difficult clients
- Good analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Must have strong computer skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite, and especially Microsoft Excel
- Highly reliable and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Deadline-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goals
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and teamwork skills mandatory
- Positive attitude, independent
