Sales Manager - Makassar

We are hiring a Sales Manager to help raise further our fast growing business.

You will be responsible for executing the strategic plan and building a solid and well-managed team by:

• Recruiting, motivating, training and managing a sales team
• Creating a performance culture within your team by setting the right targets, boundaries and competitive atmosphere
• Initiate and organize events to help your team to sell
• Identifying potential developer projects to partner within the local market, and supporting the establishment and success of these partnerships
• Analyze your team member strengths & weaknesses to achieve the sales target.
• Provide training to your team members to improve their sales skill and product knowledge
• Ensuring your team consistently exceed your sales targets, growing month by month

• You have at least 4 years of work experience (experience in the property industry is beneficial not required) with 2 years of manager level role
• You are the definition of a leader
• You are proactive & helpful
• You have experience in sales
• You have the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively
• You are strong multi-tasker with great administration skills
• You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment
