Sales Performance Specialist  

Are you a data rock star? Do you enjoy developing a framework for scale able reporting and supporting sales? Are you looking for a challenge that allows you to use and enhance your analytical skills?

This role will prepare you for defining and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing standard data sources for sales partners. You will learn a lot about deploying and refining best practice forecasting progress.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the sales process through data analysis.
• Collecting and analyzing data from sales reports.
• Preparing and leading informational meetings for staff in order to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales partner performance by analyzing their calls, visiting schedule, and close-deal time average.
• Working alongside and providing support/advice to Operations departments.

• A Bachelor Degree graduate from a top-tier university, any major.
• Having 2 - 3 years experience as data analyst or related.
• Excellent communication skills and excited about working within a team environment.
• Must be visionary and strategic in approach, and demonstrated analytical mind-set.
• Strong skills in dealer sales strategies able to understand business problems and how to create processes resolutions to solve these problems or opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Proven ability to work well with others.
• Familiar with Salesforce will be an advantage.
