We are looking for an Expansion Specialist to help build our fast growing business. In this role, you will be assisting our Business Development Manager in building out a promising business unit across different cities and areas in Indonesia. This involves working directly with potential partners to build a successful sales and marketing force. You will also be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities for growth within the Business. Over time you will refine your business development, partnership and people development skills.

Your key responsibilities are;

• Analyze opportunities for areas to expand the business, and strategize plans for expansion
• Execute the strategy set, that can involve; hiring, team building, training, partnerships, marketing
• Build a strategy to recruit as many team members as possible, across different cities
• Maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relationships within the team and with external parties
• Adjusting processes rapidly with an open mindset for change in a fast-paced startup environment
• Report on the expansion forecast, challenges, progress to achieve targets, etc. to Business Development Manager

• You are recognized as a top performer and have at least 2 year of work experience (experience in the property industry is beneficial, but not required)
• You have a degree from a top foreign or Indonesian university
• You are the definition of a leader and getting others to perform is as usual for you as breathing (previous experience as a team manager is beneficial, but you can show this through your leadership character)
• You command the English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• You have the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively
• You are strong multi-tasker with great administration skills
• You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• You are target oriented, persuasive, customer centric, and stress resistant
• You take ownership in your work, and will go above and beyond to make the areas under your responsibility flourish
