In this role, you will learn a lot about how to build a great relationship with our partners, how to solve problems and make our partners successful.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate property agents to make their job easier
- Support property agents to increase their sales
- Be up to date and share property knowledge to your agents
- Remind your agents for any important news
- Build relations with your agents by phone and Whatsapp
- Share, train, and remind your agents about our technology (application)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You have obtained your Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- You have 0-3 years work experience
- You are eager to learn
- You are not shy to talk
- You are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English
- You have great communication skills
- You are able to work under pressure
- You are highly emphatic, willing to understand the needs/problems of the property agents and will do all you can do to solve them
- You are able to work in a shifting hour
