Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers through our platform. We offer a lightning fast and convenient way to book delivery for customers (from business users to end users), while providing drivers a reliable and flexible means of livelihood.
Onto our fifth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, we plan on expanding and reaching more customers and drivers, enabling them to achieve their goals in life, through our service.
Skills Required:
- Insighting: Must be able to think from the perspective of a driver, and must be capable of understanding qualitative and quantitative research among drivers, and from there, derive powerful insights, which will be the foundation of driver communications
- Omni-Channel Planning: Capable of planning across offline and online channels to achieve targets, at the lowest driver acquisition cost as possible
- Events/Activations: Should have had experience planning and organizing activation events
- Photoshop: Proficient in Adobe photoshop and illustrator
- Creative thinker and writer: Can think of catchy slogans, prose and concepts on one’s feet
- Reporting: Comfortable with numbers and excel reports, and can easily grasp trends and insights from such metrics.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any Marketing-related degree is advantageous
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in Marketing
- Photoshop proficiency is a must (please bring portfolio)
- Experience in organizing events and activations is preferred
- Experience in qualitative/quantitative research is preferred
- Experience in implementing online ads is preferred
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Willing to work in Quezon City

At Lalamove, we are all about providing professional delivery to our thousands of business customers via our technology platform. To do this, we engage independent delivery drivers from all over the city. You’ll be charged with finding, recruiting and training our partner drivers. In this role, you’ll be asked to not only build the biggest fleet in your city, but also the best. You will have to know everything about what it means to be a delivery driver and learn the tricks of the trade. You will both be a driver advocate, but all charged with holding them accountable for the level of service they provide. To succeed, you will lead by example and solve any issues that come up. Using data as your ally, you will hold yourself, your team and our drivers to the highest performance standards.
