Supply Chain Manager  

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the supply chain of the Company, to support the achievement of its sales targets.

He/She is responsible for the following:

Forecasting & Analysis

• Planning & controlling inventory levels through regular analysis and monitoring of topline purchases, ensuring that they align with forecasted demand based on actual sales data and planned marketing activities from the Sales Team & Marketing Team
• Ensuring that purchases are done on a timely basis and make adjustments to planned purchases to reflect current sales trends/patterns

Warehouse & Inventory

• Communicating carrying inventory in the warehouse and stores to internal stakeholders so that actions are immediately taken if results are not within the defined targets.
• Implementing and enforcing the warehouse system from receiving stocks, storage, order picking, staging and delivery of goods to customer
• Conducting regular inventory checks for warehouse and stores and accounting for variances

Logistics

• Aligning delivery requirements of Sales Team with Warehouse, and updates and communicates delivery schedule.
• Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, with no discrepancies and proper documentation

Team Management

• Managing his/her team members effectively to ensure achievement of above goals.

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Logistics, Inventory Procedures
• Strong analytical and planning skills
