Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process the registration and other business documents for business operation
- Provides assistance and support to the office in problem solving, project planning and management, development and execution of stated goals and objectives
- Oversees and facilities resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the company
- Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liason with other offices and individuals on operational and programmatic matters concerning the Office/ Stores.
- Supplies office monitoring and acquisition.
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
