VIP Partnerships Associate  

kumu is looking for energetic, creative, and detail-oriented VIP Partnerships Associates to be a part of the VIP department in assisting the team in various customer service initiatives. You will be handling partner/client inquiries and through other forms of support.

What it means to be a VIP Partnerships Associate:

• Manage all VIP and non-VIP inquiries.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
• Keep records or documentation of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage our VIP customers.
• Be flexible with your working hours as deemed necessary by your Immediate Superior.

• Additionally, we need someone:

• Who is knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office tools (Excel is a huge plus!)
• Has the ability and patience to establish easygoing yet professional relationships with our VIP customers.
• Experience handling customers in the BPO or hotel industry.
• Practices effective communication with the team and transparency in order to resolve disputes/issues appropriately and on time.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
