Customer Service Executive - Airfreight  

Your task and responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention and customer satisfaction.
• Dedicated service of allocated customers for air
• Attend to local and worldwide cross-trade customers’ requests on shipment bookings and enquiries via phone or emails.
• Prepare SOP for special customers if required.
• Follow up long overdue invoices and check internally if there are disputes.
• Arrange courtesy visits together with Head of Department (HOD) for existing key accounts.
• Prepare reports, kpi and corrective actions for customers.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time by Immediate Manager.

Your skills and experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Well-versed with customs formalities and familiar with the requirements of the various agencies is an added advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient knowledge on MS Office applications.
• Proficient in English both in written and communication
• Preferably 3-5 Yrs Solid Experience in a multinational company specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
