Larisin CEO Office (Business Analyst)

Laris Intisari Nusantara, or Larisin, is our new digital startup company that focuses on empowering various retailers and wholesalers across the country through modern payment technologies: Point of Sales (POS) and Business to Business (B2B) e-commerce.

Business Analyst will be working closely with the CEO (CEO Office) in conducting market analysis, to provide insights that help the decision-making process and to align capital and resource allocation within the business budget. The analyst will be in charge in performing financial and operational modelling to provide valuable and sound business decisions. In addition, the analyst will develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Job descriptions:

1. Define business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
2. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
3. Perform financial and operational modeling.
4. Develop new models that underpin sound business decisions.
5. Conduct internal and external reporting.

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
• Previous experience conducting financial modeling and market analysis;
• Solid analytical, problem solving, and planning skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
