Creative Designer Intern  

You will be joining the evergrowing Production Team of Growth Center, Corporate Human Resources of Kompas Gramedia. Working on various HR project initiatives, such as KOGNISI (learning platform) and Compliance (Competencies Development & Certification). You will be responsible for producing visual graphic content, such as:

A. KOGNISI e-Course:
- Promotion materials (e-poster, web banner, image thumbnails, newsletters);
- Cheatsheet design (A4 size).

B. Compliance:
- Webinar/workshop promotion materials (Instagram posters, web banner, Zoom banner, image thumbnails, PPT, proposals);
- Other design-related needs (will be informed by the stakeholders).

• Solid experience operating Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Good sense of visual design;
• Able to create visuals that convey the intended message;
• Understand and able to apply principles of design to create visually appealing designs;
• Excellent problem-solving skills in graphic design;
• Team-player;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Able to work in tight deadlines;
• open to new experiences and opportunities outside your main role
