Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide administrative and communication support for our clients events
- Assist in the organising of events and attend to all matters relating to and/or ancillary to the successful conduct of the event;
- Liaise with our clients sales and marketing officers on event marketing, promotion, publicity, sales and related campaigns;
- Source venues and suppliers
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, industry leaders and delegates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Economy, Management, or Marketing
- Min. 1 year experience in the field of event organizer/event production/MICE
- Have knowledge about promotion in the field of creative and event execution
- Communication & presentation skill
- Experience in managing team
- Proficient in English, speaking and writing
- Business acumen about event organizer on national scale, is a plus
