Primary Function:
Will write and execute the marketing plan and strategy. Will engage with several staff and stakeholders to ensure alignment and procurement of company goals. This is both a strategic & hands-on role.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Key responsibility - Website conversion optimization.
- Work closely with the graphic design team in creating engaging and high converting ads.
- Lead and supervise the team in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Senior level experience.
- Profound experience with e-Commerce and websites.
- Profound experience in Google Adwords, SEO, Remarketing, display advertising, Facebook ads, Email marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Independent, self-driven, creative and analytical, has a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and adapt to rapid changes in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment.
