Scrum Master  

Job Purpose

Responsible for coaching team about the agile scrum. Make sure that project is working smoothly and the deliverables are on time with quality products.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and support team in operational activities by applying Agile methodology and scrum practices SCRUM framework.
2. Communicate within and outside team by preparing and distributing internal and external communication, improving transparency and constantly clarifying Scrum principles.
3. Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
4. Align with other Scrum Masters to remain consistent in practices being applied.
5. Act as key contact point for vendors in relation to product delivery.
6. Assist team in running Scrum framework on day to day basis
7. Ensure efficient communication between Engineers, PMs, and Management
8. Facilitate the teams' workflow, ensure a smooth release process, and continuously look for ways to improve our processes.
9. Make sure the team achieves Sprint's goals by picking up on things that slow us down, find ways to address them and encourage the team to commit to it.
10. Maintain the team happiness/morale

1. Knowledge of principles of IT systems, IT Methodologies (Agile and waterfall)
2. Had 1 minimum experience in related fields
3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

5. Ability to understand technical issue at a high level
6. A clear understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
7. Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
8. Collaborative approach to driving decisions

10. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
