Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
- Perform Root Caused Analysis and Record it on the incident information system
- Performed troubleshoot and fixing related system’s issue found / escalate by end user.
- Support during deployment Application both Offsite or Onsite
- Provide confirmation test report after new development
- Provide add-hoc report when required
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification
- Male
- Age 20 – 25 years old
- Single
- Min. Vocational High School / Diploma Graduate (D3)
- Preferable from information (system, management, engineering) background
- Min. 1 years of experience in System Administration of network devices
- Good Communication, Interpersonal skill, high motivation, and responsibility
- Able to work in a team and willing to work shifting
Skill
- System Administration of network devices

- Intermediate networking (Routing, Subnetting).
- Ability to read a log.
- Having good problem solving.
