Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Sales Manager will lead the team in selling solutions, equipment and business consultancy to the graphic arts and all other industries.
He/She will set individual and team targets and prepare sales performance reports to monitor the team's performance.
He/She will also grow and improve the team, recommend sales programs, activities and incentive programs across all levels that will encourage and ensure attainment of sales target.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Business administration, Management, Marketing or any related course
- At least 5 years experience in the related industry
- Preferably in the graphic arts/ printing industry with an in-depth knowledge of printing process
- Presentation and negotiation skills with excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Libis, Quezon city
