Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports and documentation.
- Performs audit checking and processing of concession and inter-warehouse documentation.
- Maintains internal control system by updating the document in accurate and timely manner.
- Reviews and investigates reports with differences in inventory.
- Monitors overdue concession transactions pending for processing.
- Monitors items subject for absolute pull-out from concession stores.
- Reviews flow of items in inter-warehouse transfers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Processes documents.
- Receives official documents (Pull-out, IWT and Swapping, PROR) from warehouse.
- Validates the officers’ signature on the receipts.
- Ensures that all document are with recipient’s signature.
- Reconciles the quantity and value of the document to that of the system record.
- Verifies the sequence of the receipt numbers.
- Performs fulfilment processing of all official receipts to EXACT system daily.
- Ensures that all document are transacted completely in a given period
- Creates crystal reports of official receipts daily
- Responsible in keeping an updated fulfilment record of concession transactions limited to pull-out and inter-warehouse receipts to EXACT system.
- Responsible in linking the crystal report to logbook file.
- Maintains audit copies of official document.
- Proper filing of document.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any Business Administration course.
- 1-3 years accounts payable / accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable principles.
- Knowledgeable in the preparation of expanded withholding tax.
- Preferably knowledgeable in ERP/Accounting System and MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Proactive, analytical, trustworthy, and highly motivated.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
