Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparing and analyzing orders of assigned branches base on DSR and Inventory reports, and if items are fast or slow moving.
- Encode the sales order thru system
- Log the CV in Summary order log
- Inform Promodisers of their deliveries and pull-out schedule
- Answers and assisting all Promodisers concerns and customer complaints.
- To answers all Audit for confirmation regarding DSR and inventory reports submitted by Promodisers.
- Preparing and submitting monthly promotions and new items for all branches thru email and monitor their approval and once approved email to all concern personnel (Concession, Audit, and warehouse)
- Requesting DSR and Inventory forms
- To analyze and answers audit report submitted by auditors
- Preparing and Issuing Pull Out Letter , fax to the the Branches, transmit to warehouse and then afterwards follow-up to promodisers if the pull-out letter already received and ready for pick-up.
- Encoding damages, overstock and for service items in pull-out and service log thru excel and exact system
- Updating pull out and service logbook in excel file and system (EXACT).
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Business Administration or any four (4) year related course
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Analytical and has good independent judgement
- Mature and has excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate
