Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Determine the ending balances of book and bank.
- Compare entries in Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursement book against bank credits.
- Check the accuracy of the bank statment and the book.
- Analyze the error and make necessary adjustment in actual inventory vs book.
- Issue receipts.
- Prepare trial balances and bank reconciling items such as:
- Inventory
- Writedowns
- Depreciation
- Amortization
- Accounts Payable
- Record the following:
- Book of Accounts
- Cash Receipts Book
- Cash Disbursement Book
- Sales Book
- Purchase Book
- Journal
- Prepare the following:
- Income statement
- Balance sheet
- Cash flow statement (monthly)
- Costing
- Vouchers and check payments
- Payroll and other government contribution
- Assist in prepare government reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 3-5 years experience.
- Strategic thinker.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Trustworthy.
- Fast-worker and very results-oriented.
