Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor fully paid accounts and prepare documents for processing of Title Transfer
- Ensure correctness and completeness of documents attached before processing
- Process title transfer to buyer's name for all projects; secure computation for payment - RD, BIR, Treasurer's Office and Payment of Property Taxes / Transfer Tax / Docs Stamp
- Secure tax clearance
- Transfer Tax Declaration Government Offices but not limited to: BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor's office and Treasurer's Office
- Secure Certification of No Cease and Desist Order from HLURB
- Ensure delivery of transferred title in timely manner
- Assist Accounts Management Department, if needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a College/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
