Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Very knowledgeable in financial modeling
- Locate and evaluate potential property acquisitions for landbanking and project developments.
- Conduct market and financial feasibility studies for potential and ongoing project developments.
- Participate in the design, planning, and conceptualization of projects.
- Monitor the sales and construction status of current projects.
- Assist in developing financial projections and budgets for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Evaluate and improve current business processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Business-related course such as Management, Economics, Finance, etc.
- Strong background in Finance and Accounting, Market Research, and Project Management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
