Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Generate Sales Production for the company via managing and leading a group of sales consultants selling properties from the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects
- Provide guidance and strategies for their assigned sales team
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quota
- Provide and recruit their own Sales Team of Sales Consultants
- Source possible clients to produce required sales for the company
- Conducting corporate presentations and negotiate with clients to close potential sales
- Providing post-sale customer service for their own clients
- Ensures Sales Target Quota are met
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 2 years of Real Estate Sales Managerial Experience
- Preferably PRC-Accredited Real Estate Seller &/or Registered Real Estate Broker
- Must be optimistic, driven & result-oriented
- Must be adept in sales planning & execution
- Must develop Sales Plans & Strategies in order to generate sales
- Has effective communication & presentation skills
- Must exhibit excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to do field and office work
- Willing to be based at their assigned focus project (Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati)
