Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support for SAP Business One such as troubleshooting the workstation's failed connection to the server, error in printing and other related problems encountered.
- Provide functional support for SAP Business One, MIS/IT support within the company
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring SAP Database backups on the server
- Customization and revision of reports using Crystal Report in SAP Business One
- Work closely with managers and end-users to define systems requirements and business goals.
