Corporate Driver  

Our office is looking for an experienced, driven and self-motivated Corporate Driver who assists the company with all transport-related duties. The successful candidate should make sure that all transportation duties, carrying employees to specific destinations and transporting packages to the office, are carried out in a timely manner.

• Transports company staff, as well as various products and materials, safely to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assists with the loading and unloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
• Finds the most convenient travel by considering different routes, checking traffic reports, and considering the best route to take and the best time to travel.
• Keeps records on travel logs, including details such as areas, duration, and work hours.
• May be required to make overnight or extended trips.
• Ensures that the car is well maintained and clean at all times.
• Carries out routine inspections to identify electrical and mechanical problems.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance when necessary
• Keeps receipts of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Reports any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Performs other duties that may be requested by management.

• Must be a college graduate or undergraduate, at least.
• Must be English language proficient with good communication skills.
• Must hold a valid Professional Driver’s License.
• Must have no criminal or derogatory record.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of professional driving experience with proven road knowledge in Metro Manila.
• Must know how to drive manual and automatic transmission-type cars.
• Must be knowledgeable and with all traffic rules and regulations.
• Must show proficiency in using navigation systems (GPS, Waze, Google Maps, etc.)
• Must dress appropriately in accordance with the company dress code.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
