Junior Chef  

We are looking for Junior Chef who is a nature lover for island assignment. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our costumer's satisfaction.

• Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Procedure high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with and enforce sanitation standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and costumers

• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be appreciated
• 6 months to 2 years of experience
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures (Filipino, Asian and International Cuisine)
• Familiar with industry's best practices
