Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Retail Store Assistant will be assigned in one of our shops and will be assisting the Store Manager in all shop sales activities - from lead generation to close. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Implements customer acquisition strategies within a set budget.
- Achieves sales goals.
- Meets client expectations.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of implemented programs.
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Recommends and displays items that match customer needs.
- Keeps up-to-date with product information.
- Accurately describes product features and benefits.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably, Female
- Good command in English
- Customer service-focused
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
