Retail Corporate Sales Officer  

We are looking for competitive Retail Corporate Officer who will help in building exposure for the brand and will reporting directly to our Assistant Vice President for Retail Sales. The successful candidate will be expected to perform these tasks:

1. Direct Selling

1. To consistently meet assigned Individual and Team Sales Targets following general terms and conditions
2. Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts
3. Prospect new corporate clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
4. Reach out to potential corporate clients and make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products
5. Oversee the sales process at each stage from quotation to purchasing to fulfillment and follow-up
6. Work with different departments to secure opportunity buys and availability of products
7. Understand the client requirements and then customize the product as per their needs
8. Coordinate requirements (product logo placement, customized pins, etc) with concerned departments to meet client’s specifications
9. Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
10. Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts
11. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
12. Maintain relationship with all potential and existing clients

1. Build Exposure

1. Tap potential corporations, organizations/groups
2. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to help promote the corporate program
3. Conduct Pearl Talk/Lectures with potential clients.

1. Administrative Tasks

1. Update and consolidate the Corporate Customer database.
2. Perform all administrative tasks as described and required by Management to achieve assigned targets and ensure continuity of such.
3. Maintain active communication with Marketing, Fabrication and Pearl Departments with the objective to maximize efficiencies, minimize costs and increase sales.
4. Provide market feedback and proper reporting (transaction, trip reports, database updates) as requested by Management.

• Bachelor’s Degree would be preferred
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Articulate in the English language
• Willing to work on extended hours and weekends for the gala and shows
