As Talent Acquisition Manager, you are involved in the strategic side of a Boldr’s recruitment process. You will undertake a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring the best candidates. You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.
- Work in partnership with business leaders to evaluate, research and design a consistent recruitment procedure
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of recruiting team
- Build excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases
- Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels) and, if needed, research and recommend new sourcing channels/methods
- Support and work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.
- Find bottlenecks in recruiting process and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
- Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
- Develop Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Resourcing Manager or Senior Internal Recruiter Hands-on recruitment experience
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
- Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well
- Able to maintain internal and external relationships
- A proven advocate for confidentiality of restricted information
- Confident in managing competing priorities
- Good team player, collaborative and eager to share industry knowledge and best practices
- Resourceful, creative, and tenacious
- Proven to be structured and organized. You must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about providing high-quality output consistently.
- Proactive and self-motivated. You are eager to find and execute ways to improve our process and make it more applicant-centric
