Marketing Specialist | Growth Hacker  

We’re looking for a creative marketer / growth hacker who is interested in joining the ground floor of a new team and is excited to build innovative ways for Magic to grow.

You will be working closely in our BGC office in a small team setting. You will report directly to one of the founders of the company and will have a large amount of autonomy. Creativity, relentlessness, and a “self-starter” attitude is absolutely a must.

You must be able to create a growth plan, execute on that plan quickly to test its efficacy, and prove / disprove its validity accurately. You will be focused on results, such as improving our number of visitors or sign ups, rather than just improving brand perception and online social presence. Since this is a results-focused position, you will receive a large degree of flexibility and autonomy in return.

• Traffic Generation (especially: using free, scalable online methods)
• Paid Traffic Management (for example: managing $1,000+ a week spend on Facebook, Google, or another ad network)
• A/B Testing and Data Literacy
• Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Web Design
• Email Marketing
• Leadership Experience (especially: project management and guiding small growth-focused teams)
