Software Engineer  

Purpose

Create, design, and develop with a passion for high quality, reliable and maintainable code. You are comfortable working side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

You’re agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we're doing right so we can improve on it. Above all, you judge your success by the success of your team and the happiness of our customers.

Duties

• Be an agile development team member, responsible for working with the team on release planning, sprint planning, scoping, and engaging with customers
• Be up to date with latest technologies and industries' current trends and practices
• Keen on sharing knowledge and skills that will help team's productivity and boosts morale.
• Mentoring fellow team members and interns as needed

• Experienced Software Developer
• One or more of the following skills: OOP, C#, VB.net, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, RDBMS, SOA, ORM, API, Web services, VSTS
• BS Graduate of any Information Technology related course (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related fields)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), pair programming and agile methodologies
• Experience working directly with clients, leading projects, and mentoring engineers
• Willing to learn/explore other languages, technologies, framework, etc. as may be required
