- Handles, break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair, database administration, and repair for server, network, infrastructure, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues.
- Follows and Implements IT System changes and maintenance according to defined standards
- Maintains and Operates IT Systems onboard and at small offices in cooperation with Corporate IT
- Monitors IT Systems for security threats and weaknesses.
- Facilitates for Cyber Security Awareness amongst all employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT-related programs
- Proven skills and experience in BASH and Linux server administration
- Ability to work in US Pacific Hours and its business days
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically sound, curious, and analytical thinker
Required Skills
- Expertise in Linux Administration
- Network and Datacenter troubleshooting
- Remote Server management and monitoring
- Advanced shell scripting

- Hadoop Administration (Cloudera Manager)
- Git workflow and Puppet environment
