Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Human Resource Manager leads and directs the HR team to enable them to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. The HR Manager supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The broad areas include: employee matters, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management.
Recruitment and Retention
- Handles all recruitment and selection activities for all manpower requirements.
- Facilitates all forms of sourcing activities.
- Make reports on recruitment activities
- Handles exit interview process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administers and implements compensation planning & salary reviews
- Develops/ updates company salary structure.
- Leads compliance with legal requirements.
Timekeeping
Checks and approves work activities of subordinate relating to timekeeping/payroll including accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Labor Relations
- Manages employment related issues and conducting investigations as needed (i.e. grievances, policy and procedure).
- Provides counsel and advice regarding employee discipline.
- Handles employee complaints and responding to employee questions.
- Reviews and recommends all disciplinary actions including written reprimands, suspensions, pay sanctions and terminations.
- Advises supervisors/managers in dealing with employee discipline issues. Provides individual guidance to supervisors/managers who are considering initiating disciplinary action.
- Mediates between superior and subordinate to develop/maintain harmonious relationship as requested.
- Keeps abreast on Labor Standards and Labor Laws and ensures
compliance.
Employee Services and Events
- Manages the conduct of Company events such as Summer Outing, Sports Festival, Christmas Party, etc.
- Plans, proposes and implements new events to promote camaraderie, sportsmanship, and work-life balance.
- Installs programs that shall provide the best service and customer care to all employees.
Employee Communications
- Communicates policies and procedures and all information needed to be shared to all employees clearly and effectively making employees understand and engaged.
- Develops and rolls-out communication plan.
Performance Management
- Manages Performance Management System of the Company and ensure its implementation to ensure employees are provided with regular feedback sessions and mentoring to maintain levels of expectation and promote a culture of performance-driven and productive employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Can handle extreme pressure
- Should be well-organized and can demonstrate flexibility.
- Able to relate well with various people across the organization
- Proactive and team player
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience handling HR functions
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or Equivalent
