Credit Manager  

The Credit Manager leads the department in the effective management and efficient implementation of credit, accounts receivable, and collection policies, systems, and procedures. has functional oversight on Shared Service Group - Accounts Receivable to ensure the efficient management of the company's Account Receivable. Drives the strategic directions of the department and ensures that the services it offers meet the needs of the stakeholders and both internal and external clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers the processing and evaluation of new customer accreditation, ensuring that all documents submitted comply with the company policies and procedures
• Administers processing and evaluation of customer credit application and/or revision in existing credit line, reactivation of credit line and reinstatement of a credit line.
• Administers processing and evaluation of collateral offered by customer to secure credit application
• Oversees and ensures prompt processing of credit line recommendation
• Administers credit processing of sales order within prescribed lead-time
• Manages, monitors recording and collection of accounts receivable
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• A graduate of any accounting-related undergraduate degree
• At least five (5) years of experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable function preferably in managerial and supervisory level
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience to highly-computerized environment (SAP, an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
