Category Manager  

Duties:

• Develop and carry out a game-changing category strategy in support of Human Nature’s sales and advocacy goals
• Collaborate with different teams (R&D, design, supply chain, branch operations) in effectively implementing the category strategy
• Conceptualize and craft insightful marketing briefs for his/her respective category in alignment with the strategy

Responsibilities:

• Effective marketer: able to devise marketing plans that successfully achieve business goals
• Excellent project management skills: from conceptualization and implementation, to monitoring and evaluation stages, you have an orientation to both details and results
• Astute analytical and decision-making skills
• Savvy communicator: fluent in oral and written English and can effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Can-do attitude: determined and committed not just to start projects well, but to finish with excellence
• High sense of initiative and self-motivation: passionate about improving your skills, advancing the business – and uplifting the nation in the process!

• Minimum seven (7) years experience in marketing specific to beauty or personal care highly preferred.
• With a proven track record of success in any of the following functions: consumer marketing, retail marketing or direct selling operations. Must be able to show and quantify previous successes
• Strong idea execution. Able to understand market behavior instinctively and quickly responds through implementation.
• Able to understand the numbers behind marketing
• Good collaborator. Highly experienced in managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
• Love for the Philippines and the environment!
• Willing to work in our office in Paseo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
