IT Trainer

As an IT Trainer, you'll be responsible in the following:

• Facilitate the class on a daily basis
• Create strategic training methods and apply developmental array process
• Ability to apply instructional design based on training module
• Ability to manage projects given to trainees and implement the learning program based on the training period
• Ability to change and improve the industry standards in reference to new processes
• Ability to evaluate, determine, and recommend sustainable solutions to ensure quality of training
• Ability to assess the participation, performance, and focus of trainees through tests, projects, and reports
• Close coordination with the Web Developer Team for project concerns, performance reporting, adherence, and Management of the trainees on a periodical term

• Degree holder of Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 2 years SOLID WEB DEVELOPER experience
• At least 1-year experience in handling a team of developers or a certain project
• Strong determination and personality towards professionalism and management
• Strong analytical and critical constructive criticism
• Proficient and agile skills towards written and verbal communication in ENGLISH
• Strong understanding of modern web applications from database to browser
• Ability to adapt quickly to new complex environments and learn technologies
• Knowledge of architecture and design patterns, object-oriented design principles
• Experience in large-scale web service development

Skills:

• Basic Web Programming (PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML. jQuery, mySQL)
• Knowledge of Apache Configuration
• Knowledge of Version Controls (GIT / Mercurial)
• Knowledge of Laravel Framework
