Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible in the following:

• Operate and improve services and products from start to end with ownership of products
• Manage Product Life Cycle
• Shall come up with Business Plans to develop and maintain from e-commerce services
• Responsible for driving the Product Strategy & road map from ideation to implementation, based on the business objectives, key results, user feedbacks, and requirement from customer.
• Prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to strategic product value.
• Suggest improvements to increase the usability of the product based on UX best practices as well as user feedback and micro-conversion metrics.
• Keep-up-to-date with current and emerging trends and technologies in developing
• Manage expectations of partners and customers
• Conduct market studies and/or submit relevant reports to ensure and determine profitability
• should be well informed about customer requirements and coordinate with all necessary departments to address said requirements shall conduct product presentations

• At least BS degree (CS, IT, Eng, Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent)
• Knowledge and expertise in Product Development
• Passionate about creating high-impact user experiences that make customers lives better
• Partner heavily with business and technology teams and interact at all levels of the company
• Strong analytical aptitude; Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions
• an IT hobbyist/gadget savvy individual who finds fulfillment and challenge in product planning and promotion
• with excellent communication and organizational skill who can do negotiations with ease
• can work with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to speak and write Korean is an advantage.
  • Has work experience as a project/product manager
  • Experienced in creating large-scale products or operation
