Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As the company's COO, you will be responsible in driving the growth of the organization by managing key functions such as operations, sales, business development, customer experience, and partnerships. Additionally, you will be:
- working closely with CEO on market strategy, organizational design and performance
- managing and coaching team leaders of Business Development, Operations, Marketing and Finance functions
- helping team leaders establish documented systems and processes
- advising CEO on financial position and direction of the company
- recruiting and motivating high-performance players
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3+ years relevant management experience in a high-growth startup with <$1m revenue to >10m of annual revenue
- Has managed and grown large teams across functions (operations, finance, partnership, sales, business development, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and has the right mindset
