- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely andaccurate manner.
- Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives.
- Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on a night shift
- Can be easily trained
