Role:
Snappr's amazing Sales Associates are a very important driver of the company's growth. They are responsible for calling potential customers and persuading them to book photoshoots by providing guidance, building rapport, and extracting key information about their needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience at a call center selling to US or Australian clients, e-commerce industry is a strong plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required)
- Strong customer influencing ability
- Attention to detail
- Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of Australian and American Culture
