Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recommends and implements software technologies and processes that will enhance and improve the operations of OMLF and its subsidiaries.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert on software architecture and programming
- Supports the Immediate Superior on the development and enforcement of software standards.
- Contributes where appropriate in formulating and updating standards, policies and procedures which complies with agreed best practices.
- Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
- Capable of writing reports, correspondences, meeting minutes, business cases, manuals or any relevant papers related to a system or solution
- Manages, maintains and adheres with strict confidentiality of all records/documents and client information.
- Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
- Acts in ways that models and effects collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution and promotes open discussion of diverse perspectives that lead to consensus resolutions.
- Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor
- Performs additional tasks assigned by Immediate Superior related to the position.
- Refactor existing structure and code to optimize performance.
- Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
- Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
- Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance.
- Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments.
- Translate requirements into clear technical design and specifications
- Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
- Allocate tasks to Development Teams, set deadlines, and conduct daily meetings.
- Work with the Development and QA Teams daily on assigned tasks and be actively involved in coding as well as managing.
- Perform regular code reviews for quality assessment and adherence to coding standards.
- Take project requirements and map them to technical design.
- Actively participate in architecture design teams as a key contributor to product definition and future implementation planning.
- Ensure platform is built with scalability & ease of maintenance.
- Build reusable APIs for internal and external use.
- Implement new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing functionality as well as performance
- Research best possible solutions and recommend software tools to management.
- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of Integrated Development Environment and program versioning
- Responsible for defining the process and environment to ensure that SQL queries and codes are optimized.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Computer Science / Engineering or any 4-year related course
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sr. Programmer or IT Software Architect.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in software design and development, and solution architecture.
- Solid experience in using Microsoft Technology or Oracle framework (ASP/C#.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, PHP and preferably JAVA). Knowledge of ETL tools.
- Experience with XML/Web Service integration. Experience with Application Servers such as Apache, Tomcat, Glassfish, Weblogic or equivalent Understanding of Spring.
- Experience working with IDE
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels; tolerant to the different demands of clients and to stress.
