Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for the development of the Bank's business in accordance with the targets set and ensuring all operational activities are running well in accordance with applicable regulations.
Coordinating and supervising employees under their branch units related to customer service, operational activities, marketing of products and services while still considering and examine the risks.
Communicate and socialize every policy that has been made, whether by the management of the Bank, Regulator or other parties that have links with banking.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Branch Manager.
Experienced in leading teams: in medium to large scale.
Experienced in achieving monthly funding, merchant, and transaction portfolio targets.
Holds Risk Management certification.
